The aims of this study were to determine the effect labor, human development index, minimum wages, and investment on Gross Regional Domestic Product in 5 districts there are Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, Kebumen (Barlingmascaeb) period 2013 – 2019. method used was panel data regression analysis. While is consisting cross-sectional from five throughout Barlingmascakeb time series results wage variable has a positive significant GRDP regencies Barlingmascakeb, while Investment negative but insignificant regency - 2019
